Registration - All guests will register at the office and be given a welcome package to our resort. Please review resort rules and sign.
Minimum length - Our CCR's restrict the length of any RV staying at the resort to a minimum length of 26'. We do not allow Class B van conversions, pick-up campers, pop-ups, tents or any other trailer with tent fabric. One RV per lot. No tents. No sleeping outside or in
vehicles.
Occupancy - More than (5) persons on any one lot will be charged an additional $5.00 per person per night. No more than (6) persons on any one lot.
Check-out Time - Check-out is 11:00 AM. Please notify the office if you need a later check-out time.
Quiet Time - 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. No visitors after 10:00 pm.
Parking - Please park on your assigned lot only. Two vehicles in addition to RV per lot. You may also park at the bathhouse, activity building or clubhouse. Please do not park on unoccupied lots or on the street. RV slide outs must not extend past edge of cement pad. Trash - Trash is picked up daily between 7:00 am and 11:00 am. Please do not leave trash out overnight.
Pets - It is your responsibility to pick up after them. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the RV. Limit 3 pets. Pet fences on patio only and please limit to 6'x8'.
Swimming Pool and Spa - No glass containers in pool or spa areas. Please observe all posted pool and spa rules and regulations. Children under 14 are not allowed in the spas. No smoking in the pool or spa areas. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at the pool and boat docks. Clubhouse, clubhouse pool and spa are for owners only.
Waterfalls - No swimming, wading, or playing in or around waterfalls.
Laundry- Laundry is available at south end of bath house. Please clean up after yourself.
Clothesline - No clotheslines are allowed. Do not leave towels out over night.
Speed Limit - 10 MPH speed limit must be observed for all types of vehicles.
Flags - Guests may fly flags attached to their RV only.
Fires - Fires must be in screened, self-contained fire pits. No open fires. Briquette or gas BBQ grills are permitted. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Trailers - Boat trailers, dollies and utility trailers must be securely parked in the designated area behind the Activity Building. They may not be parked on lots. There will be no storage of boats or trailers between stays. No flammable liquids may be stored on sites.
Lighting - "Tiki" lights and patio lights hanging from awnings are prohibited.
Bikes, Scooters, etc. - CHILDREN UNDER 12 MUST WEAR A HELMET WHEN RIDING THESE. No motorized scooters, three or four wheelers (i.e. ATV's) are allowed in the resort. Due to our hilly conditions, no roller blades or skateboards are allowed.
Sewer connections - Must be air tight. No rigid sewer plumbing.
Storage - Storage under RV's is not permitted. Kayaks or other large items may be stored outside the Activity Building.
Boats - Boats may be left in a slip at the courtesy dock no longer than (2) days.
Signs - No "For Sale" signs may be placed on any item.
AED - An automated external defibrillator (AED) is located in Laundry facility at south end of bathhouse.
Golf Carts - Only battery powered golf carts with lights are permitted to operate on resort property. Only licensed adults are authorized to operate golf carts while at resort under aged children may operate cart only with licensed driver in front seat. Please observe 10 MPH speed limit.
